Gas Leak Alarm

       No worry about the gas leak, the extractor fan will be turned on automatically while leaking...

Ⅰ. Function:                           

The Gas Detector is used to detect the leak of gas, natural gas or liquefied

petroleum gas, it will not only send out the timely acoustic and light while

the leak is detected, but also it will send a signal to the Intelligent Socket,

which will turn on the extractor fan in kitchen automatically, Gas Leak

Alarm is the suitable one to save family from any potential fire or toxic caused  

by the gas leak.

Ⅱ. The System Configuration

   1. 1 Gas Detector, which is used to detect the gas leak.

   2. 1 Intelligent Socket, which is used to received the alarmed signal and turn the extractor fan in the kitchen on automatically.

Ⅲ. Main Features

The extractor fan will be turned on automatically while the gas leak is detected.

The intelligent socket can be turned on and off both manually and automatically.

Convenient installation, no need for wiring and drilling, plug and play.

MCU encoding and decoding.

The high and low sensitivity of the gas detector are optional.

The gas detector can give an acoustic and light alarm while the gas leak is detected.

All covers are made of the fire-resistant material.  

Ⅳ. Installation

Gas Leak Alarm is installed mainly in the kitchen.

When installing, it is important to make sure of the specific gravity of the gas in relation to the air. Gas Leak Alarm should be installed firmly at a position near to the gas leak place (please refer to the figure below). Then Gas Leak Alarm should be working when power is connected.

※Gas and Natural Gas— is lighter than the air and thus will float up in the air, Gas Leak Alarm should be installed above the gas source.

※Liquefied Petroleum Gas — is heavier than the air and thus will settle down in the air. Gas Leak Alarm should be installed below the gas source.

Installation positions are shown in the following Figure.

Special Notes:

※Do not install Gas Leak Alarm outdoors.

※Do not install Gas Leak Alarm near air intakes,   

ventilators or doors where there is plenty of air   

flow.

※Do not install Gas Leak Alarm in temperatures  

below -10℃ or above +50℃.

※Do not install Gas Leak Alarm in places alive   

with water drops or vapor where there is too much moisture.

※Avoid using hairsprays, pesticides, paints, adhesives, thinners, alcohols, etc, which may affect the sensors.

Ⅴ. Operation

   1. Plug the gas detector into the socket in the kitchen ,and use the attached sticker or screws to fix it.

    1) Sensitivity Adjustment

      The sensitivity is adjustable according to the different working environment. There are two

grades altogether, one is high sensitivity, and the other is low sensitivity. When you press

on the “Test Key” for 5 seconds, buffer with 3 times

long sound means the high sensitivity

is applied, and the buffer with 3 times short sound

means the low sensitivity is applied.

2) LED Indicators   

1 Power Indicator: The light is on when power is on.

2 Alarm Indicator: The light is on when gas leak is   

detected and the alarm is triggered.

   2. First plug the intelligent socket to the socket in the kitchen, then plug the extractor fan into the intelligent socket, then they can work automatically.
